Outlook

At the end of each ESSENCE Seminar, the seminar graduates mobilize to perform a group project for the good of the community. The Graduates decide on a project, the target population, extent of the project, time schedule, etc.

The graduates meet together at least 4-5 times (sometimes even more) before actual execution of the project, to prepare all aspects of the project together with veteran supporters within the OUTLOOK organization specifically trained to support the graduates in getting the project off the ground.

January 2004	Organization of a fun day for people with emotional problems at Itanim Hospital
November 2003	Renovation of closed courtyard and organizing a fun day - patients and their families of the Shaul Village Psychiatric hospital in jerusalem.
June 2003	Refurbish and improve an all purpose center for children in Jerusalem
March 2003	Renovation of a multi-purpose child care center in Ashdod and organization of a fun day for the children
January 2003	Organization of a fun day for women and children living in shelters for battered women from 3 different cities
November 2002	Organization of a day for the children of the "Reut" Boarding School in Jerusalem
August 2002	Organization of a day of fun for children in the pediatric cancer ward at Dana hospital
April 2002	Renovation of an apartment in Jerusalem that hosts children suffering from various degrees of mental retardation
March 2002	Organization of a day of fun for the residents of the Home for Young Women in Distress, Jerusalem
January 2002	Renovation of a community center in Gilo, Jerusalem and organization of a fun day for the children
November 2001	Organization of a fun day for the children of an institution in Ashkelon

Generally, graduates from previous seminars also join in to lend a hand and to volunteer to help others.
