At the end of each ESSENCE Seminar, the seminar graduates mobilize to perform a group
project for the good of the community. The Graduates decide on a project, the target
population, extent of the project, time schedule, etc.
The graduates meet together at least 4-5 times (sometimes even more) before actual
execution of the project, to prepare all aspects of the project together with veteran
supporters within the OUTLOOK organization specifically trained to support the graduates
in getting the project off the ground.
The results of the projects can be seen in the table

Pictures are worth 1000 words, and the words are emotional.
Generally, graduates from previous seminars also join in to lend a hand and to volunteer
to help others.
Many businesses/individuals have donated in the past, continue to donate, and we hope
will continue to donate in the future. Our heart-felt thanks to all!
We are NOT a charity organization.
We are seminar graduates of an organization whose goals are:
To improve the good will between people
To create a better world for all without exception
To improve all aspects of the quality of our lives
We would be happy to receive ideas for future projects.
People (children and youth of course) who by receiving a little love and caring, even for a
few short hours, could change something in their lives.
And if YOU would like to donate, or to assist in any way, please feel free to contact us.
Despite the many smiles in the pictures, the faces have been
blurred in order to honor the confidentiality of the participants.
