The seminar teaches us how to identify the communication style of other people in our daily lives (family, friends, mates, crew members, co-workers, clients, etc), and to examine the influence of our communication style on them, and their communication style on us.
	It gives us the tools to better understand our association with them and helps us to identify the existing barriers that prevent effective communication.
	The seminar increases our leadership qualities and ability to work cooperatively in a group.

During the Essence Seminar, we all experienced deep emotional happenings.
Each and every participant connected to his/her internal essence, the source of his/her strength.
The seminar is intended for Essence graduates who are interested in maintaining contact with these extraordinary processes, and experience new things through the aid and registration of new participants at the Outlook office.

Most of us go through life believing that we are good listeners, and as a result, sometimes it is hard for us to understand what has gone wrong with the communication with our spouses, parents, children, friends, the boss - in fact - with everyone with whom we have contact.

The seminar, which comprises 4 weekly sessions, gives us the opportunity to identify our barriers in our listening habits, what causes us to "hit the panic button", how we can listen fully and how this will influence the openness and depth of our relationships with the people most important and closest to us.

The learning process includes studying theoretical material, as well as applying it in practical exercises.

This seminar is intended for teachers.

In recent years, the role of teachers has become complicated, exhausting and frustrating.In many instances, the behavior of children is impudent and violent. They are intellectually brilliant but emotionally confused. The result is a feeling of helplessness on the part of the teachers who are forced to spend their time handling disciplinary problems in large classrooms rather than utilizing their time and skills doing what they were specifically trained to do - teach.

The "effective teaching" seminar supplies solutions to these difficulties.

During the seminar, teachers obtain: 

	The understanding to deal with children's emotions
	that are hindering them in their studies.
	The skills necessary to obtain their cooperation.
	The tools necessary to release children who are
	locked into certain attitudes, opinions and
	positions.
	The insight to deal with other problems that may

The seminar comprises 8 weekly sessions, each lasting 2 1/2 hours, and is recommended for any teacher who has become exhausted from the daily battles that he has been forced to contend with at work.
