The Complex is located on the Park Promenade – on the path of the cycling track that leads to Hayarkon Park and continues through the length of the Park. Opposite the complex, there is a bridge connecting it to the northern side of Rokach Blvd. – directly to the Rabin Center that faces it. The bridge enables cyclists and pedestrians to cross directly from Ramat Aviv and Tel Aviv's northern neighborhoods into Hayarkon Park.
